Tellers
You will process a variety of transactions for our customers and identify their needs by cross-selling the appropriate product or service to meet their financial needs. You will be able to use your excellent communication skills and professionalism to become a valued member of our team.
Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a professional manner. Aptitude for numbers, mathematics, PC/keyboard familiarity and effective verbal communication and proactive skills. One year cash handling and/or customer service experience, and bilingual preferred.
Part Time Promotion Staff
Assist with special events and promotions. Ideal for anyone starting an acting or commercial promotion career. Bilingual Spanish-English preferred. Friendly and outgoing personality is a must.
Loan and Credit Analyst:
Help individuals and businesses obtain funds from Alante Financial. Establish and manage a portfolio.
Functions and Qualifications:
- Oversee and ensure accuracy and performance of loan administration and processes, such as receipt of applications from prospective applicants, completeness of loan packages, and timely processing, funding, and closing of committed loans.
- Interview applicant and requests specified information for loan applications.
- Analyze applicant credit reports, financial status, credit, banking status, and other information to determine feasibility of granting loan.
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, and other information pertinent to loan applicant’s evaluation.
- Compile loan package and facilities negotiation of loan structure with applicant, including fees, loan repayment options, and other credit terms.
- Approve loan within specified limits or refers loan committee for approval.
- Generate and screens leads following establishment policies and procedures to attain new business relationships and products sales.
- Call and visit target costumers to promote and sell establishment products and services.
- Identify and analyze potential loan markets to develop prospects for establishment products and services offering.
- Provide loan data to support marketing and sales promotion programs.
- Effective Customer service skills
- Bilingual
- Loan and credit experience, minimum 2 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
