General Process
Customers can now follow these simple steps to complete the application process:

  • Interested customers contact a bilingual associate at Alante Financial.
  • The interested customer informs a family member in their home country to visit the property.
  • Customer provides all the documentation requested by the program associate.
  • With the information submitted, a loan officer at a partnering institution in the customer’s home country reviews the application.
  • The customer names a power of attorney or person who will represent and sign all documents pertaining to the application.
  • The power of attorney signs the loan document with a notary in home country.
  • Disbursement of loan in the home country.
